Urban Rhythm's Response to Coronavirus

The Urban Rhythm team appreciate the ongoing community concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been careful to keep abreast with the developments.

Showroom

We were very glad that Urban Rhythm's showrooms were able to re-open from Thursday 29th October, however Victoria's Retail and Manufacturing sector has once again shut down by Government mandated Stage 4 Restrictions on the 13th February 2021 until further notice.

During this time, some of our showroom staff will working from home, and will be contactable by email.

Please use email to contact us where possible, even when stores are open, as our showroom phones may not always be attended, especially when staff are busy attending to in-store customers.

Head Office & Warehouse

During Government Stage 4 Restrictions, Head Office & Warehouse staff will work from home. Until we are able to return to working on site, we kindly request that you communicate with us via email ask@urbanrythm.com.au or our Contact Us Form.

We will endeavour to provide the same great service that we have always provided, however it may take us a little longer to respond than usual. 

Order Fulfilment

Given that the vast majority of products we sell are Australian, and made right here in Melbourne, our ability to fulfil orders was severely affected by the Victorian Government's mandate to close all furniture manufacturing operations to comply with Stage 4 restrictions in 2020. All of the these orders have since been fulfilled.

Due to the Government's decision to return to Stage 4 restrictions in February 2021, we anticipate that there may be some minor delays in our supplier's production.  

For those who have been inconvenienced, we offer our apologies and thank you for your understanding. 

Deliveries

Our partner delivery team regularly sanitise their hands. Their health and wellbeing is also being monitored carefully.

Customers scheduled to receive goods will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that they and their household are well to receive their order. During Stage 4 Restrictions, all other delivery services, including in-house assembly if required, will be not be available until restrictions are lifted.
