Urban Rhythm's Response to Coronavirus

The Urban Rhythm team appreciate the ongoing community concern about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

As circumstances continue to develop we will update our approach to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members, partners and community. This is our highest priority.

Showroom

At present, we are following the Victorian Government’s recommendations with regards to social distancing. Our Showrooms are currently Open 7 Days with limited hours of 10:30am - 4:30pm.  Please check current store hours here.  

While open, we will strictly observe social distancing and will limit the number of visitors in our showrooms to 10 people at a time.

On weekdays only one and on weekends, only two of our showroom consultants will be available per store, therefore we highly recommend making an appointment. To maximise the value of your time in store, please first Request your Virtual Consultation here.

Head Office & Warehouse

In response to government requests for social distancing, we have progressively moved our operations online as much as possible. While phone access is limited at present due to changes in trading and office hours, we request that your main communication with us be via email ask@urbanrythm.com.au or our Contact Us Form.

We will endeavour to provide the same great service that we have always provided, however it may take us a little longer to respond than usual. 

Order Fulfilment

Given that the vast majority of products we sell are Australian made, we can foresee no change to our ability to fulfil orders. In the event of any change or delay, we will promptly inform affected customers.

Deliveries

For delivery of orders, our partner delivery team regularly sanitise their hands. Their health and wellbeing is also being monitored carefully.

As delivery team members typically enter homes to deliver items, at this time, customers scheduled to receive goods will be contacted prior to delivery to ensure that they and their household are well to receive their order.
