Product Availability and Lead Times
Urban Rhythm takes great care to ensure that products on our website and in our showrooms are available for ordering. As most items are either "Made to Order" or are ordered from third parties, there is often waiting period called a "Lead Time" before items can be delivered to you. Even with in-store floor stock purchases, we often need to arrange delivery which is rarely available for the same day.
Lead times vary from time to time and product to product. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is quoted in good faith and every effort is made to make sure that the ETA quoted is realistic and adhered to. However, occasionally factors beyond our control may cause delay. If we can foresee an unavoidable delay, you will be notified and offered our sincere apologies and our thanks for your understanding. Please note that we are unable to provide a progress report during production, as the process is lengthy and is usually very fluid.
Please let us know if you have a special dead-line to meet. If we have serious doubts in meeting your dead line, we will be honest and regrettably decline your business. Alternatively, if we believe that it is “do-able”, we will do our absolute best to help if we can, and we trust you will understand if we fail (in spite of our best efforts) for reasons beyond our control.
To save on delivery, most customers will have their order delivered as a whole, which means that the item ordered with the longest lead time will dictate the lead time for your total order.
As Lead Times vary for each order, please check with your consultant or if purchasing online, ask via our Contact Us form.
Product Experience in our Showrooms
As products come in a variety of different configurations, colours, materials or fabrics, with limited display space, we seek to provide a good representation of product for our customers to experience. This means that items pictured on our website may be physically displayed in one or both of our showrooms, or as a representation in a variation.
Therefore in many instances, a particular item is represented as a different product variant within a range. For example a coffee table may be displayed in one colour and size, but not the full range of colours, sizes, matching side table or console.
At times products may temporarily be out of stock and therefore unavailable to see in person.
